There is a kind of healing that can’t be spoken into place. It has to be felt.

When the body softens, the mind follows. When the mind lets go, the heart opens. And when the heart opens, life begins again.

This is not performance. This is awakening.

1:1 Embodiment Sessions

My 1:1 embodiment sessions include either yoga, TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), or Conscious Dance, and are thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Each session is shaped around what you need in that moment, whether you’re experiencing physical tension, emotional overwhelm, stress, or other mental or somatic symptoms causing distress.

Over time, we can move fluidly between all three of these modalities , rather than sticking to just one. Depending on where you’re at and what your body needs in each session. It is important for me draw on different practices that will best support the regulation of your nervous system.

Group Classes

My group offerings include Yoga, TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and Conscious Dance. These are practiced within a welcoming group setting.

I teach my yoga classes weekly, in Chintsa East. These classes are intermediate to advanced.

Conscious Dance sessions take place once a month. All levels are welcome.

TRE™ group sessions are offered every 4 to 6 weeks.

Retreats & Events

My retreats and workshops vary from weekends away to beautiful venues, nestled in nature, to morning or evening workshops and events.

These experiences offer a deeply supportive holding space that gives you what you need to slow down and return to yourself. Here you will remember to soften, listen, feel, and move in rhythm with your inner world rather than external demands.

Through intentional practices you will feel deeply connected to yourself and explore your creative expression. You will feel nourished and nurtured. A reminder of the wisdom and wholeness that already lives within you.

Online Sessions

Sessions are suitable for a range of experience levels and can be booked as individual or group sessions, depending on your needs and whether or not I am offering a group class online. Online delivery allows for flexibility while maintaining a grounded, personal, and embodied experience.
